This platform is provided for informational, educational, and research purposes. Permitted use includes:

• –Reading and engaging with Log entries, research reports, projects, and experiments
• –Using the Emissary AI chat interface and Lab AI tools
• –Creating a user account to access patron or registered-user features
• –Sharing links to content with proper attribution

You may not:

• –Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, admin areas, or databases
• –Use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• –Scrape, bulk-copy, or reproduce content without written permission
• –Transmit malware, harmful code, or automated traffic intended to disrupt the service
• –Impersonate Mansir Muhammed, the lab, or any other person
• –Abuse feedback, messaging, or AI tool endpoints

The platform includes AI-powered tools: the Emissary (a RAG-backed conversational interface grounded in documented research and methodologies) and Agent NC (an autonomous intelligence layer that generates internal syntheses and memory). Additional AI Lab tools assist with geo-intelligence briefs, OSINT frameworks, field note refinement, and data story framing.

• –AI responses are generated and may not always be accurate — do not treat them as professional, legal, or editorial advice
• –AI tools do not replace direct communication with Mansir Muhammed
• –Queries and interactions may be logged to improve service quality
• –We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated outputs

Registered users and patrons gain access to additional features. By creating an account you agree to:

• –Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure
• –Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• –Not share account access with others

Patron subscriptions are processed via Stripe or Patreon. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and refund policies are governed by those platforms in addition to these terms. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms.

All content — including Log entries, research reports, satellite analysis, syntheses, code, designs, and AI-generated outputs published through the platform — is owned by Mansir Muhammed or used with permission.

• –You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission
• –You may not use content for commercial purposes without authorisation
• –You may not remove attribution or copyright notices
• –Citation and fair use for journalistic or academic purposes is permitted with attribution

When you submit feedback, messages, or other communications through the platform:

• –You retain ownership of your content
• –You grant us permission to use it to improve the platform
• –You confirm it does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• –We may review or remove content that violates these terms

The platform integrates with third-party services including database, AI, and hosting infrastructure providers, as well as Stripe (payments) and Patreon. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of those services. Their respective terms govern your use of them.

The platform and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Research content reflects methodologies and findings at the time of publication and may become outdated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mansir Muhammed and this platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or other losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Your use of this platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how information is collected and used.

These terms may be updated at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
